Include your Ledge and macOS versions, Mac model, the steps that trigger the issue and what you observed.

Describe the need before the solution: what you are trying to do, what gets in the way and the outcome you expect.

Attach a screenshot only if it contains no sensitive data. Never send passwords, tokens or confidential content.
